Join Hertz as a Vehicle Operations Manager and play a critical leadership role in keeping our fleet moving and our operation running at peak performance. You'll lead vehicle operations teams, drive operational efficiencies, oversee fleet readiness, and create a culture focused on safety, accountability, and results.

Salary: $50,000 annually + Company Vehicle

What You'll Do

Lead daily vehicle and fleet operations to ensure vehicles are rental-ready and available to meet customer demand.
Coach, develop, and motivate frontline employees to achieve operational goals.
Drive productivity, efficiency, and process improvements across the operation.
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
Partner with internal teams and vendors to support business objectives.
Support recruiting, training, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives.

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, hospitality, transportation, or a related field.
Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Ability to influence others and manage change effectively.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to operational excellence.
High School Diploma required.
