We are looking for a Tire and Lube Technician with a passion to service vehicles. If this is, you and you’re ready for your next destination then you have cruised to the right spot!

What You’ll Get:

Hourly Rate is $23.54 + median incentive is approximately $597/month, varies based on job performance.
Overtime Pay: Eligible (The company pays overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Per company policy, approval is required prior to the use of overtime).
Holiday Pay: Eligible (1.5 x regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to receiving 8 hours of holiday pay).
Sick Pay: Granted Up to 48 hours.
Paid Time Off / Vacation / Paid observed Holidays (Accruals start at .83 Days a Month, 4 Floating Holidays, 9 Paid Observed Holidays).
Profit Sharing: Eligible.

Educational Background:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Professional Experience:

Entry level position with no required experience.
Preferred prior experience with automotive repair (personal or professional).

Knowledge:

Must be able to perform vehicle repairs with oversight.
Ability to use shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools.

Additional Notes:

Must have tools to perform necessary repairs.
Minimum tools needed for the job.
- 3/8” and ½” impact wrench.
- Sockets wrench - metric and standard - preferably long and short lengths.
- Oil Filter wrenches and tools.
- TPMS tool - reset tire sensors.
- Combo wrenches.
- Screwdrivers.
Must have a Valid Driver’s License.
