Are you organized, people-focused, and energized by a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help deliver a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience for our newest team members.
Hourly rate: $17/hour
What You’ll Do:
- Support candidates from offer through onboarding.
- Coordinate offer letters, background checks, I-9s, and new-hire documentation.
- Communicate important next steps to new hires.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and HR.
- Work within Oracle Cloud ATS and Microsoft Office.
- Help improve processes and keep onboarding compliant and on track.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- 1+ year of Talent Acquisition or HR experience.
- ATS experience (Oracle Cloud preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- A positive, adaptable, problem-solving mindset.
