What You'll Do
As a Sales & Service Specialist, you'll be the face of Hertz for Lyft and Uber drivers by:
- Assisting customers with reservations, rentals, and vehicle pick-up
- Explaining the Hertz rideshare rental program and its benefits
- Answering questions about billing, extensions, roadside assistance, and rental requirements
- Providing exceptional customer service during every interaction
- Identifying opportunities to grow revenue and overcome customer objections
- Preparing vehicles for customer delivery, including inspections, cleaning, fueling, and quality checks
- Supporting daily branch operations to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience
What We're Looking For

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Organized and detail-oriented mindset
✔ Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude
✔ Valid driver's license
✔ Minimum age of 20 years old
✔ Comfortable using computers and business systems
✔ Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules
✔ Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
