We’re hiring a Part Time Customer Service Associate to lead first-contact resolution efforts, manage customer interactions, and serve as the primary liaison for Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and is passionate about service quality and team empowerment.
The starting wage for this position is $17 per hour plus benefits and commissions.
What You’ll Do:
- Customer Experience & Resolution.
- Provide above-and-beyond service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle and resolve customer issues at the counter and during returns with professionalism.
- Create a culture of empowerment and hospitality among staf.
- Leadership & Communication.
- Serve as the primary NPS liaison for the location.
- Analyze NPS results to identify trends and root causes.
- Communicate performance updates and drive action plans to improve guest satisfaction.
- Coach employees on customer needs and service techniques.
- Team Support & Compliance.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and individual coaching to team members.
- Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedure.s
- Support internal communication and service consistency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 20 years of age or older.
- 3+ years of customer service experience.
- Experience in operations and sales; rental car experience a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and leadership abilities.
- Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
