About the Job
Hertz is seeking a driven Maintenance Supervisor to lead fleet maintenance operations, oversee a team of maintenance employees, and help keep our vehicles road-ready and available for customers.
Salary: $50,000/year + incentives + company vehicle
Location: 568 N. Madrid Avenue, Kansas City, MO 64153
What You'll Do:
- Lead and motivate maintenance team members to achieve service and fleet goals.
- Oversee vehicle repairs, preventative maintenance, and warranty work.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules to maximize fleet availability.
- Communicate daily priorities and ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Process invoices and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Support safe, compliant, and cost-effective fleet operations.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in vehicle maintenance or fleet operations.
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repair processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer proficiency and administrative skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
