About the Job
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of Hertz, assisting customers throughout the rental journey, resolving issues, promoting products and services, and ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience.


What You'll Do:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist customers with vehicle rentals, returns, and general inquiries.
  • Process rental agreements and related documentation accurately.
  • Recommend products and services that enhance the customer experience.
  • Review rental terms, rates, and charges with customers.
  • Help resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Coordinate customer flow to minimize wait times.
  • Answer phones and provide directions, local information, and support.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Hertz brand.
  • Support a clean, safe, and welcoming rental experience.

What You’ll Get:
  • Hourly Rate is $16.50 + Commission. This role provides On Target Earning potential of starting 2%; which includes monthly bonus plans.
  • Bonus: Eligible, Up to 12%.
