We’re hiring a Customer Service Associate to lead first-contact resolution efforts, manage customer interactions, and serve as the primary liaison for Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and is passionate about service quality and team empowerment.

The starting wage for this position is $17 per hour plus benefits and commissions

What You’ll Do:

Customer Experience & Resolution.
Provide above-and-beyond service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Handle and resolve customer issues at the counter and during returns with professionalism.
Create a culture of empowerment and hospitality among staff.
Leadership & Communication.
Serve as the primary NPS liaison for the location.
Analyze NPS results to identify trends and root causes.
Communicate performance updates and drive action plans to improve guest satisfaction.
Coach employees on customer needs and service techniques.
Team Support & Compliance.
Provide guidance, feedback, and individual coaching to team members.
Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures.
Support internal communication and service consistency.

What We’re Looking For:

Must be 20 years of age or older.
3+ years of customer service experience.
Experience in operations and sales; rental car experience a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong relationship-building and leadership abilities.
Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
