About the Job
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be interacting with our customers who come to the counter in order to process their rental.  You will not only process customer rentals but will actively consult with customers on the type of rental they need, including any insurance or ancillary benefits or coverage.

This position includes a rewarding compensation and benefits package:
  • $14.00 an hour as your base pay.
  • Must be at least 20 years old.
  • Overtime hours are compensated at 1.5 times your hourly rate.
  • Includes full range of medical, dental, vision, 401K benefits offerings.
  • Uncapped monthly sales incentives.
  • Potential for top sellers to make over $100K annually.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide world-class customer service by managing the rental (and occasionally return) process, in compliance with Hertz’s policies and procedures.
  • Welcome each customer with a smile.
