What You'll Do
As a key member of the Hertz rideshare team, you'll:
- Guide customers through the rental process from reservation to vehicle delivery
- Answer questions about the Hertz, Lyft, and Uber rental programs
- Assist customers with billing, rental extensions, roadside assistance, and account inquiries
- Deliver outstanding customer service and problem resolution
- Promote program benefits and identify opportunities to maximize business growth
- Prepare vehicles for customer pickup by inspecting, fueling, cleaning, and ensuring quality standards are met
- Support branch operations to create a smooth, efficient rental experience
What We're Looking For
✔ At least 20 years of age
✔ Valid driver's license
✔ Customer service or sales experience
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Comfortable working with technology and computer systems
✔ Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
✔ Team-oriented attitude and positive energy
✔ Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
✔ Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
✔ Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
